Just wanna update this blog. Sorry I have been gone for so long! I am now currently at 359lbs and hoping that on the Nov 9th I will get a surgery date! Cross fingers!

I am actually getting in touch with my dad's side of the family. I have talked to my dad, my aunti larua and will call one of my sisters tomorrow.

Hi Ya,

Well just a lil update...
May the 3rd I went to Jackson to get my phychological evaluation with Dr. Teresa Elias-Hooper, Love her!
I filled out some papers, answered questions and just talked to her, overall it took about 3 hrs. which I knew. I am pretty sure that I past :)

About 3 weeks ago I went to my family doctor, Dr. Adams to get him to write a letter of clearence for surgery and my lab work. Ditto!

I have to call monday to see if he faxed it to them yet. He can kinda get sidetracked and forget things. But that's a whole nother blog lol. When I confirm that they have all their information they need, its just a waiting game~~~....

Anyways,
I passed my algerbra classe Yea!, I am now in my 8th week of XECO Economy and IT information technology. The first one I am passing the last I don't know? : s
Having to deal with all this stress that I will later explain in another blog, I have kinda not been paying that much attention. Let ya know bout that too.

Hi,

Omg, I am so sorry that I haven't posted anything in a while. So much stuff is happening and my mind is everywhere.  Ok, so I don't know if I posted this or not, but I had a seminar with the Central Mississippi Medical Center Comprehensive Weight Management Center. It was a must before I could get an appointment to see a doctor. That was on the 18th of February. It was awesome and very informal, I really did enjoyed it.


The CMMC is such a great hospital! They have accommodation for the big ppl like chairs, doorways, and such. Plus the staff is super understanding and they make you as comfortable as they can. :) Love em


So about a week after that I got an appointment! Yea and super nervous lol.  It was for March the 22nd which is today! I didn't have a clue what to expect, but it went great! 


I got there at 8:00 am (-//-) tired lol.  Two nurses checked my blood pressure, pulse rate, weight, temp, measurements and pics of my profile.  Hated the measurements, but anyways. Then Mrs. Cindy went over all my medical history, talked about the surgery, dates, things I needed to do, and all of the thing to expect.


So my next move is the psych evaluation. I need to get an appointment and do all that stuff which is what I am working on now.  Then I need a letter from my doctor and a bunch of blood tests. Then I need to go to varies appointments which can span about a year.  This isn't a ok lets do it now kinda thing. They have the rules and regulations. I am so excited! Ahhhhh, can't wait.


This post is a bit choppy cuz I am trying to write down everything fast with out trying to word it and stuff. I might re due it tomorrow.

Ok here is the "new news". My Feb. 1st appointment was x-ed and now awaiting a new appointment....waiting, but not giving up. Just a little slip - no biggie :)

 This post is a inconjuntion with the last post "Next Step".

My family Doctor called today and got a appointment with Dr. Davila, a baratric surgeon at the UMC, for Feburary the 1st!!!!  Of course this is just a nother step in this marathone, but at least it is a step in the right direction.

Since it isn't till Feburary I may not post anything till then.
